Constraints in Conversion from Conventional to Organic Farming in Thailand

Examining farmers’ persepctive on organic production, the livelihood strategies and acvitivites of small scale farmers that affect the decision to convert to organicn farming and gaps or weaknesses in institutional supports inlcuding training, certification, and credit. The study was done in Chiang Mai, Sajaeo and Surin province with 158 samplings of organic and conventional farmers.
