Small-Scale Farmer Inclusion in Organic Agriculture Development through Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS)
This project was organized by an international organization and ENF was contracted to carry out technical supports for the project implementation. The assigned works included:
- Participate in Regional Inception Workshop (RIW) and report;
- Support the planning, backstop and report on three National Inception Workshops in participating countries (i.e. Cambodia and Lao PDR);
- Organize and conduct Regional Training of PGS Trainers in Thailand;
- Support the planning, backstop and report on national level PGS training activities;
- Conduct a second round of Training of Trainers (ToT) targeting the private sector and organizations in Cambodia and Lao PDR;
- Develop and undertake a market survey to identify and map potential buyers in Lao PDR;
- Compile a comprehensive list of organic inputs available in (complete) for pest control that are allowed under IFOAM organic production standards and upload and make available the information into the website.
