Social Business Development Planing Workshop
Two-day workshop was organized for Sustainable Agriculture and Environmental Development Association (SEADA) in Lao PDR to plan out its social business activities. Started with the concept, practices, and experiences of social business of Green Net in Thailand. Then workshop also include exercise to analyze the potentials (e.g. strengths and weaknesses) of SEADA’s producer networks and supply chains before exploring the business options.
